He studied Sociology and Pre-Law on a scholarship to Eastern Illinois University, before obtaining his Master of Arts in Organizational Management at the University of Arizona Global Campus.

Hopeton began his professional career with a brief stint as a Mortgage Consultant at Nationstar Mortgage LLC, before developing a successful career in the finance industry, working for Bank of America Corporation and Wells Fargo & Company as a Personal Banker. Following his banking career, he took a position as an Admissions Recruiter at Zovio, before settling into a career in the FMCG industry, working for Reynolds American Inc., as a Trade Marketing Manager.

The two years he spent recruiting students and working professionals into the education system inspired his interest in executive search. Hopeton is now bristling with energy, enthusiasm, and passion for his career as a Consultant at Nigel Wright Group, where he will utilize the skills and experience, he developed as an Admissions Recruiter, combined with his years of professional experience to provide mutually beneficial outcomes for both clients and candidates alike.
