We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fixed term basis to play a key role in shaping recruitment strategy and attracting top talent across a growing organisation. This is a hands-on opportunity, offering the chance to influence hiring decisions, enhance candidate experience, and drive talent initiatives that support long-term business success.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design and deliver effective direct sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates across a range of disciplines
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing expert recruitment advice and market insight
Develop and enhance early careers programmes
Analyse recruitment data and market trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Support diversity, equity and inclusion objectives through inclusive attraction and selection practices
Drive a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand throughout the recruitment process

About you

You will demonstrate some if not all of the following:

Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in either an in-house or agency environment
Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
Passion for candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices
Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
