Our Recruitment Process
Our approach to recruiting aims to help every candidate understand who we are, how we work, and our expectations of them for the role they are applying. Whilst we need to get to know about you, it’s just as important that you gain an understanding about us, so you can consider if this is an environment you can thrive within.
We will focus on your skills, experience, and cultural fit, which is based around our values and core competencies. Everyone is expected to consistently live our values which are integral to how we work together and with customers.
You will also need to sufficiently demonstrate our core competencies that demonstrate a talent for hard work, sales orientation, being teachable, as well as being interested/interesting. We will be open and honest about challenges, expectations, and the support available.
We are genuinely interested in understanding how we can help everyone develop themselves and their careers with us. We have clear career structures for Consultants, whether their focus is developing markets themselves, or achieving this alongside a people-management position.
Interview stages
We are always keen to receive applications for advertised vacancies, as well as speculative CVs. We look for high achievers, whether within the recruitment industry, or working in industries and roles that we recruit for our clients. We provide extensive training for Consultants, irrespective of their experiences.
We receive many applications to work for us and carefully consider each CV. People who seem to have the necessary qualities will receive an initial screening call on Teams. This could result in them being asked to attend further interviews with the team and have a pitch discussion as part of the process.
People new to the recruitment industry may be offered the opportunity to listen to some calls with candidates, to gain a better understanding of the role. Steps involve meeting several senior people and new joiners, along with our CEO.
Through this process, you will have ample opportunities to gain a better understanding about our business, our teams, and the role you are being considered for. You will be equipped to make an informed decision.
