Shona started her career at Nigel Wright managing an RPO agreement with Proctor and Gamble. Following this, Shona joined the Consumer division at its inception where she stayed from 2004 – 2012 focussing largely on clients within Health and Beauty in the South of the UK. In 2016 Shona rejoined Nigel Wright in an internal recruitment capacity and focussed on the attraction and assessment of recruitment consultants to the Nigel Wright Group before moving into her current role as Principal consultant in the HR recruitment team.
