The Opportunity

3–6 Month Interim Assignment, Competitive Day Rate

A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Leader to provide immediate senior-level support during a period of significant transformation and organisational change.

This is an opportunity for a credible and technically strong finance professional who can quickly add value, provide leadership across multiple finance disciplines and support key strategic priorities.

About the role

Working closely with the CFO and wider leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the finance function through a period of change while helping to deliver several critical business initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:

Redesigning and enhancing management reporting following a major organisational restructure.
Supporting the development of a more commercially focused finance function and strengthening business partnering capability.
Leading and supporting the budgeting and business planning cycle.
Providing support across treasury, development funding and refinancing activities.
Offering leadership and guidance to finance teams through a period of transition and transformation.
Acting as a trusted senior finance adviser to key stakeholders across the organisation.

About You

We are seeking a highly capable finance leader who can operate effectively from day one with minimal onboarding.

You will be:

A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
An experienced senior finance professional with broad financial leadership expertise.
Technically strong across financial accounting, management reporting, business planning, treasury and operational finance.
Commercially minded with the ability to understand the wider organisational impact of financial decisions.
Experienced in working within complex, changing environments.
Skilled at building relationships and influencing non-finance stakeholders.
Comfortable providing leadership, challenge and support across multiple finance functions.
