Charlotte Owen

Charlotte is responsible for the leadership of the Public & Third Sector, Temporary Finance and Business Support teams across the region from offices in Newcastle and Wynyard.

She also takes responsibility for senior management to Director level recruitment typically with salaries from £60,000+. Charlotte is responsible for both permanent and temporary assignments and recruits across both Public Sector, Not for Profit and Private Sector. Charlotte is experienced in providing expert consultation and high-quality resource solutions for multiple assignments within these areas and has also led on executive search campaigns in the public and third sector throughout her career.

Charlotte runs numerous leadership networks including FD suppers and HRD dinners, enabling her to have a focused network within public and private sectors. These events enhance her regional network and allow her to bring the right person to the role whether specialising in business transformation, shared service or organisational change.
