The opportunity

The Opportunity

• You will take full operational ownership of several southern sites, leading their integration, development and performance. With a clear mandate to modernise and professionalise operations, you’ll play a central role in setting the benchmark for what “good” looks like — both operationally and culturally. 

• Lead end-to-end site operations, covering production, people, cost and delivery
• Drive cultural change, creating a consistent, accountable and values-led environment
• Improve health & safety standards within high-risk manufacturing settings
• Support investment and automation programmes to increase capability and output
• Build scalable operational frameworks as the regional footprint expands
