Her team provides effective support to businesses looking to recruit into manufacturing, operations and engineering disciplines across the North East. Lisa leads our Executive and Senior Management recruitment on behalf of North East based businesses in this area. Lisa graduated from Salford University with a BSc (Hons) Economics and possesses over 20 years’ recruitment experience from across the North West, Yorkshire, Scotland and the North East. Lisa started her recruitment career straight from university, recruiting for both interim and permanent Accountants across Yorkshire and the North West before relocating to the North East. She progressed her career significantly with a FTSE 100 listed recruitment business for 15 years specialising in financial recruiting at a Senior Management, Director and Executive level across public & not for profit, industrial, service and commercial Sectors.
