Marketing Operations & Insights Manager
The Business:
We are partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a major marketing transformation. With strong investment and new leadership in place, marketing is evolving into a data-led, commercially driven function, and this role is central to that journey.
As a Marketing Operations & Insights Manager, you will play a key role in building the structure, processes and insight capability needed to drive performance and support business growth. This is a newly created position offering real visibility and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
The Role:
Develop and embed marketing planning frameworks and processes
Drive performance tracking, ROI measurement and reporting
Build and enhance customer insight capability (working with data and research partners)
Ensure strong governance, compliance and risk management (including Consumer Duty)
Support budget planning and supplier management
Collaborate with stakeholders across product, finance, compliance and wider business teams
Build a function from the ground up
The Person:
Experience in marketing operations, planning, performance or analytics
Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to link marketing activity to ROI
Confident working with data, insight and stakeholder engagement
Ideally from a service-led sector
Proactive and hands-on, with a passion for building structure and improving ways of working
Proficient with AI and have a keen appetite to develop skills in this area
Keenness to work both strategically and at delivery level
