Cat brings over 15 years of experience in the retail sector, having built her career within Pandora franchise stores across the North East of England. During this time, she played a pivotal role in scaling the business, enhancing the brand’s regional presence, driving ecommerce growth, and embedding a culture of exceptional customer experience.
In a senior leadership role, Cat held full ownership of commercial performance, overseeing KPIs, sales forecasting and profitability, while partnering closely with brand leaders and board-level stakeholders. She also managed stock planning and procurement, with annual purchasing budgets of up to £4.5 million.
Now part of the Sales & Marketing division, Cat specialises in recruiting junior to mid-level talent across marketing, ecommerce and design roles. She partners with clients across consumer, agency and B2B service sectors throughout the North East.
