Its UK site plays a critical role within a broader European group and is recognised internally as a centre of excellence—combining technical capability with ambitious plans to scale and modernise. 
 

The role

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll take full accountability for site operations—leading a large  team across production, engineering, maintenance, health & safety and engineering.  

You’ll:

• Shape and deliver an operations strategy aligned to ambitious growth targets
• Increase capacity, utilisation and operational efficiency across the site
• Embed structure, discipline and a high-performance culture
• Lead a values-driven approach focused on safety, quality and teamwork
• Build strong partnerships across commercial and group functions to enable growth
