Maintenance Technician

Company

Our client is a high-volume manufacturing facility, currently undergoing a period of significant investment. As such, they are looking to recruit a proactive Maintenance Technician, to support continued growth across site.

The role is working 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (days and nights rotation) and offers a competitive salary alongside company benefits.

Role

Reporting to the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for –

- In-depth root cause analysis to eliminate the reoccurrence of issues
- Supporting PPMs across site
- Managing electrical and mechanical breakdowns
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders across site
- Liaising with management across site to ensure maintenance is a priority

Person

Maintenance Technician will have –

- Worked within a high-volume manufacturing site in a dedicated maintenance role
- Experience supporting PPMs across a fast-paced site
- 18th Edition is desirable
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
