Callum's Experience Summary
Callum joined Nigel Wright as a Consultant in October 2020. He works alongside Melaine Dallat and the Manufacturing and Engineering team. His primary focus will be on developing and maintaining Manufacturing contracts within the business. Having studied Business Management at the University of Greenwich, Callum was selected for the 3 years Graduate Scheme with Reed NCFE. This role centred around supporting students into Apprenticeships, Work Experience and Full/Part-time roles.

Callum was approachable and professional throughout. He held a one to one call to discuss my skills and previous roles in detail so he could use this experience and understanding of my abilities to better put me forward for the correct role. This was followed up with discussions of all available opportunities of which one I interviewed for. I believe this would have been a success (was called back for a second interview) but had personal circumstances not changed my availability. I have every confidence this would have led to myself being in a new role. I would absolutely recommend Callum and the Nigel Wright team, and will look to use them in the immediate future as circumstances allow.
