As Head of Engineering Projects, you will take ownership of engineering delivery across complex, fast-paced projects, acting as a key leader within project teams. What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Head of Engineering Projects with experience delivering complex, bespoke, multidisciplinary engineering projects in low-volume, high-value environments.

Key attributes include:

• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering projects within challenging timescales
• Strong commercial awareness, including risk management and project costing
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across mechanical, structural, electrical and controls disciplines
• Hands-on, delivery-focused leadership approach
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments where priorities and customer requirements can change
