The Business

Our client is a growing premium consumer brand with a strong online presence and ambitious growth plans. Selling directly to customers through its e-commerce platform and selected online marketplaces, the business combines high-quality products with a modern digital-first approach.

Based in Salford, they are now looking to recruit an organised and enthusiastic E-Commerce & Marketing Assistant to support the day-to-day running of their online store and digital marketing activity.


 

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within e-commerce and digital marketing. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will gain hands-on experience across website management, email marketing, content creation, social media and digital campaigns.

The role would suit an individual with strong attention to detail who enjoys working across a variety of digital platforms and is keen to build their experience within a fast-paced commercial environment.  Duties include: 

  • Support the day-to-day management of the company's e-commerce website, ensuring product information and content are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with product launches, website updates and promotional campaigns.
  • Help create and schedule email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
  • Produce and adapt content for social media, email and website channels using Canva and other digital tools.
  • Support marketing activity through research, content planning and campaign coordination.
  • Assist with creator, influencer and partnership outreach.
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify trends within the market.


 

Person

 

  • Exposure to both e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel or Google Analytics would be advantageous.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience using Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform.
  • Confidence creating content using Canva.
  • A basic understanding of social media and digital marketing channels.
