Jennifer's recruitment career started two years ago after she moved back to Manchester after 12 years in Dubai as a flight attendant. 

Someone recognised the transferable skills that Jennifer had developed in the aviation industry—such as exceptional customer service, effective communication, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations—and suggested that they would be valuable in a recruitment career.

Since transitioning to recruitment, she has discovered her passion for the field and is thoroughly enjoying the journey. Jennifer specialises in permanent finance roles, focusing on part-qualified, finalist, and newly qualified candidates across the Northwest.
