The Opportunity

As Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a key finance business partner to senior operational, commercial and marketing stakeholders, helping shape trading decisions and future growth strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Commercial ownership of the UK P&L, including budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance reporting
• Leading financial planning processes and ensuring alignment with wider business objectives
• Providing insightful analysis of revenue, margins and profitability drivers
• Developing financial models, forecasts and scenario planning to support strategic decisions
• Identifying risks and opportunities to maximise business performance
• Producing clear, meaningful reporting and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
• Partnering closely with commercial, marketing and trading teams to influence decision-making
• Supporting pricing, promotional and investment decisions through robust financial analysis
• Building and evaluating business cases, ensuring strong commercial returns
• Leading regular performance reviews and providing actionable recommendations
• Driving continuous improvements in finance processes, systems and reporting
• Supporting and developing junior finance team members where appropriate

About You

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially focused finance professional who thrives in a fast-moving, data-led environment.
You'll bring:
 

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Strong commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering experience
• A proven ability to influence stakeholders and challenge constructively
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight
• Experience building financial models, forecasts and investment appraisals
• Strong Excel and reporting systems experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, driven and solutions-focused mindset
