His career includes senior leadership roles within a global PLC, where he managed both interim and permanent recruitment functions, as well as a boutique agency environment where he oversaw the qualified finance division. In addition, Hugh spent two years in Australia managing interim and permanent recruitment for a listed business, broadening his international perspective and market insight.
