Nigel Wright are currently supporting a Newcastle based client with their temporary Accounts Payable Assistant requirement. This is a rolling contract with immediate start offered. 

The Role

As Accounts Payable Assistant, you will: 

• Inputting high volume invoices 
• Set up new supplier accounts
• Perform monthly reconciliations 
• Prepare BACS payments 
• Deal with supplier queries 
• Adhoc duties across the function

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Experience in high volume Accounts Payable role
• Strong attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Exposure across various finance systems 
• Available to start on short notice
