5 stars all the way. I was given a personal recommendation by my best friend to contact you when I was made redundant earlier this year. I initially came to your office with another friend, who was apprehensive about the whole agency idea to enrol for work where we first met. You were both welcoming, reassuring and got both my friend and me temporary contracts in the blink of an eye. You have checked in with me periodically to make sure everything was ok, and I had no issues, and I was happy with the company I was with. You have made the process painless and easy, as what seemed a scary world, especially for an older person, in worrying if they would find another job. You have been reassuring and a pleasure to work alongside.

The service I received from Archie and the wider Nigel Wright team in 2025 was superb. Having dealt with a number of recruitment agencies whilst job-hunting I have always found Nigel Wright to be head and shoulders above the rest. Archie was able to demonstrate a level of expertise in his field and whilst remaining professional at all times still found the time to be personable, interested and genuinely caring in me as a person. I felt heard and understood and communications were always swift. Archie was available to speak to and made the time to do so, which is greatly appreactiated in this growing climate of it being nigh-on impossible to speak to a human. Archie Stokes at Nigel Wright has been a superstar! After coming out of an awful situation, Archie placed me in a temporary payroll post which helped me rebuild my confidence in my payroll skills and allowed to heal with a wonderful new company. Without his unwavering support I would not have returned to payroll and not have my current permanent role, with the same company, learning new skills in accounts. I can’t thank Archie and the team enough, for their time and effort getting me back on my feet and looking forward to work each day. With regards to the service and the placements Archie has worked on, I can honestly say that he has always provided a high quality and professional service.
