Account Executive
The Business:
I am working with a fast-growing ecommerce business that’s looking to bring in an eCommerce Account Executive to support the growth of key brand partners across major online marketplaces.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career with an appetite to move into the world of ecommerce, account management or client services.
The Role:
You’ll support the management of key brand accounts across multiple marketplaces, helping to keep listings optimised, promotions running smoothly, and operations on track.
You’ll work closely with Account Managers and the wider team, getting exposure to both the commercial and operational side of ecommerce.
Supporting the management of marketplace listings, pricing and product information
Assisting with promotions and campaign setup across Amazon, eBay and other platforms
Monitoring stock levels and helping maintain good availability
Ensuring listings are accurate, compliant and optimised
Pulling together performance reports (sales, stock, conversion)
Supporting product launches and new listings
Helping with order management and general marketplace admin
Working closely with internal teams to support smooth delivery
The Person:
Some experience or exposure to ecommerce or online marketplaces (placement, internship or role)
Interest in platforms like Amazon or eBay or TikTok Shop
Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
Confident using data (Excel or similar)
Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Appetite to develop in a fast-paced environment is key for this role, it is a fantastic opportunity to grow quickly. You must demonstrate commercial awareness and desire to support cross-functionally and not be afraid to 'roll your sleeves up' and get stuck in!
