Sandun has over 25 years of recruiting in the FMCG / Consumer sector. Sandun specialises in senior management and executive-level appointments with a focus on Food & Drink manufacturers and distributors.  He has successfully managed multi-functional search campaigns across PLC’s, SME’s and Private equity-backed businesses. Sandun has worked with manufacturers of ambient, chilled, and frozen products who sell through grocery retailers, wholesale, food service and On-trade.

Sandun graduated from Queen Mary - University of London with a law degree and commenced his recruitment career in 1998 as a graduate trainee. 

Prior to joining Nigel Wright Group, he ran his own boutique Consumer focussed search business and has worked for international recruitment and search businesses.
