Phil's Experience Summary

Phil has joined Nigel Wright Group to lead and grow its Sales & Marketing practice across the North West. 

He brings 25 years of executive search and recruitment experience, including roles within a subsidiary of Norman Broadbent and at HW Global, alongside 13 years successfully running his own boutique agency.

Throughout his career, Phil has built trusted, long-term client relationships and successfully delivered hundreds of mid-senior and specialist appointments across sales, marketing, digital, tech and commercial functions.

He is looking forward to applying that experience in the North West market and collaborating with colleagues across the Group to create new opportunities and deliver outstanding results for clients and candidates.
