Ben Debnam

Associate Director

Ben is responsible for the leadership of the IT and Sales & Marketing teams across the region from offices in Newcastle and Wynyard.

He also takes responsibility for senior management to Director level recruitment typically with salaries from £60,000 - £120,000. Ben is responsible for both permanent and contract assignments and recruits across all aspects of sales, marketing, communications and customer services. He has recruited across the manufacturing, Consumer, Service, technology, and public/third sectors. Ben has managed a range of executive search campaigns with a range of clients including Northumbrian Water, Sage Group plc, NCFE, and Teesside University.

Ben graduated from Durham University in 2007 with a BA (Hons) Geography degree. After graduating he worked at a small research agency before joining Nigel Wright in 2009. Ben took on management responsibility of the Sales & Marketing team in 2013.
