The business is now entering its next growth phase by expanding internationally, accelerating omnichannel distribution and building mass-market brand awareness beyond its core influencer-driven audience.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a commercially minded and strategically strong Global Growth & Media Director (gn) to build and lead the next generation of growth and media capabilities across all markets and channels.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global media and growth strategy, ensuring that every media investment directly contributes to customer acquisition, revenue growth and long-term brand equity. The role combines strategic leadership with strong commercial accountability and will play a critical role in shaping the future growth trajectory of the business.
Your New Area of Responsibility
Growth & Media Strategy
- Define and own the global full-funnel media strategy
- Translate business objectives into clear media investment decisions
- Drive the evolution from a predominantly DTC model towards a true omnichannel media ecosystem
- Balance short-term performance goals with long-term brand building
- Establish testing, learning and scaling frameworks across markets
Commercial Ownership & Budget Accountability
- Own media budget allocation across channels and markets
- Drive profitable growth through clear business KPI ownership
- Ensure media investments deliver measurable commercial impact
- Build transparent reporting and performance governance structures
- Continuously optimise resource allocation based on business outcomes
Agency Leadership & Governance
- Lead and steer the global agency ecosystem
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs and performance standards
- Challenge agency recommendations through strong commercial judgement
- Lead planning cycles, business reviews and performance evaluations
- Create transparency and alignment across all channels and regions
International Expansion & Omnichannel Growth
- Develop market-specific growth and media strategies
- Lead market entry and scaling initiatives across international regions
- Define channel mix and investment sequencing by market maturity
- Integrate DTC, retail, marketplace and awareness-building activities
- Build scalable and repeatable expansion frameworks for future growth
Influencer & Media Ecosystem Development
- Scale influencer marketing into a core growth engine
- Connect influencer content with paid media and amplification strategies
- Expand audience reach beyond existing influencer communities
- Integrate creator-led growth into a broader omnichannel media system
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the central interface between marketing, commercial and leadership teams
- Lead and develop high-performing teams and agency partners
- Drive alignment in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Serve as a senior decision-maker for media and growth-related topics
Your Profile
- 10+ years of experience in media, growth and performance marketing
- Proven ownership of significant media budgets with commercial accountability
- Experience scaling high-growth DTC and e-commerce businesses
- Strong understanding of both performance marketing and mass media
- Exposure to influencer-led or community-driven brands is highly desirable
- Experience with international expansion and market entry strategies
- Deep understanding of omnichannel media systems across digital, retail, influencer and offline channels
- Strong analytical capabilities including attribution, measurement and media effectiveness methodologies
- Ability to influence and lead senior stakeholders
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset combined with strategic thinking
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing, high-growth environments
