Role
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth across the German speaking region. (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Manage and nurture relationships with customers and our agents.
• Provide technical and application support to the sales team and customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
Profile
• 5+ years of sales experience in food processing industry, with a strong track record in the DACH region.
• Extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Knowledge of cooking, frying and freezing in the food processing industry is valuable.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and key accounts.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• German language as fluent in English
• Willingness to travel within the region and internationally as required.
