A fast-growing international consumer brand is looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Operations leader to support the development and scaling of a new product category with global ambitions.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on builder who enjoys creating structures, developing supplier networks and establishing scalable operational processes rather than managing already established organisations.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale sourcing, supply chain and operational capabilities.
• Develop and manage an international supplier and manufacturing network.
• Lead supplier negotiations, vendor management and performance improvement initiatives.
• Establish processes, governance, KPIs and operational standards.
• Ensure high product quality, efficient costs and reliable on-time delivery.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development, Commercial, Procurement and Leadership teams.
• Support business growth through practical operational and supply chain solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, production and supply chain activities.

Ideal Background

• Several years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Sourcing or Production.
• Strong exposure to Fashion or comparable consumer-product industries.
• Proven track record of building or scaling processes, teams or supplier structures.
• Deep understanding of supplier management and international manufacturing environments.
• Strong commercial mindset combined with operational execution capabilities.
• Strong AI and digital expertise in implementation, not only in concepts.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable working in a dynamic growth environment.
• Experience working with Asian sourcing markets would be advantageous.
