As Global Director Demand Planning, you will lead the global demand planning function within a dynamic consumer goods environment. You will be responsible for building scalable structures, enhancing forecasting capabilities, and driving process optimization and digital transformation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global demand planning organization
• Build and optimize planning processes, governance, and operating models
• Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Improve forecast accuracy, transparency, and business performance

Profile

• Proven leadership experience in Demand Planning
• Consumer Goods / FMCG background
• Strong track record in process optimization and transformation
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• International mindset and fluent English skills
