Aleido is launching an innovative technical documentation platform in the DACH market and are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our market entry and growth.
This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage, shape the go-to-market strategy, and build strong customer relationships within a specialized and well-established industry. You will act as the primary commercial driver in the region, owning the full sales cycle and contributing directly to product and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the sales strategy for the DACH region
  • Identify and win new business opportunities among manufacturers and enterprises with complex documentation needs
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through your network and targeted outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
  • Conduct product demonstrations and lead commercial negotiations
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences (e.g., tekom)
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Provide structured market and competitive insights to leadership
  • Contribute to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market decisions

Your Profile

  • Relevant B2B sales experience in SaaS or cloud-based solutions
  • Strong track record in new business acquisition
  • Deep understanding of technical documentation, content management, or structured authoring environments
  • Familiarity with key competitors such as Docufy, Quanos, Schema ST4, or MadCap Flare
  • Consultative sales approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Highly self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Fluent in German (native level) and English
