Christian Castro ist seit 2020 Teil der Nigel Wright Consumer Group in Deutschland und ist auf Beverages, Snacks, Tobacco and Consumer Electronics spezialisiert.

Bevor er in die Personalberatung eingestiegen ist, sammelte er 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales & Brand Consulting für internationale Premium Rechte im Sport bei einer der international führenden Agenturen für Sportmanagement. Parallel studierte Herr Castro während dieser Zeit im Rahmen des Business Administration Programms der Universitat Bayreuth und absolvierte seinen MBA Sportmanagement.
