The Company:

This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll have the autonomy to improve performance, develop people and shape the future of a critical operation.
As Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring operational standards, service performance and team effectiveness remain consistently high. Working across a fast-paced 24/7 environment, you'll lead and develop teams, optimise resources and implement practical improvements that enhance efficiency, service levels and cost control.

The Role:

  • Lead warehouse and logistics operations across multiple warehousing and service areas.
  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety and operational procedures.
  • Lead, coach and develop teams across multiple shifts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, productivity and cost optimisation.
  • Oversee stock accuracy, inventory control and operational reporting.
  • Manage relationships with external equipment and service providers.
  • Collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure service demands are consistently met.

About You:

You are an experienced warehouse or logistics leader with a proven ability to motivate teams, improve operational performance and deliver results in demanding environments.

You'll bring:

  • Significant warehouse and logistics management experience.
  • Strong leadership and people development capability.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety requirements.
