Take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of a fast-paced warehouse operation, ensuring service, safety and efficiency targets are met
Lead all core activities including goods-in, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring smooth and consistent execution
Manage and develop a high-performing team, building a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
Drive operational improvements through data, process discipline, and systems optimisation, including WMS enhancements
Work closely with senior stakeholders to align warehouse output with transport plans and wider business priorities

Proven experience leading warehouse operations within FMCG or fast-moving distribution environments
A strong, visible leader who can motivate teams and build a positive, high-performance culture
Commercially aware, with the ability to balance service, cost control, and operational efficiency
Analytical and solutions-focused, with a track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives
Confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders across the business
