Supply Chain Manager

The Company:

This is an opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain professional to take ownership of a complex and evolving operation that is preparing for significant growth. The business is looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, challenging the status quo and creating scalable processes that deliver lasting results.

Joining a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment, you will review end-to-end supply chain activities, identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions that enhance service, inventory performance and operational efficiency.

This is a 6 month fixed term contract appointment

The Role:

You will:

• Take ownership of planning, forecasting, inventory and replenishment activities
• Build stronger relationships with suppliers, logistics partners and key stakeholders
• Improve operational visibility, reporting and governance across the supply chain
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions
• Enhance processes, systems and ways of working to support future growth
• Challenge inefficiencies and introduce greater discipline across planning and execution

About You:

You are likely to be an experienced Supply Chain Manager or supply chain improvement specialist who combines strong analytical capability with a practical, hands-on approach.

You will be comfortable operating in an environment where not everything is fully defined, bringing the confidence to question existing processes, influence stakeholders and drive positive change. Experience across forecasting, inventory management, logistics, supplier management and ERP systems will be highly valuable.

Most importantly, you will be someone who enjoys making things better and can translate insight into action.
