Senior Finance Business Partner

The Opportunity

A leading global manufacturing business is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join its UK finance function on a maternity cover basis. This is a commercially focused role, providing insight and challenge to senior stakeholders, driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple divisions.

Your Duties/Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
• Deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
• Analyse business performance across sales, margin and profitability
• Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and operational teams
• Provide clear recommendations based on financial data
• Support monthly reporting and performance reviews
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance
• Contribute to process improvements and financial best practice

You Will Be/Have:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
• Experience of budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence decisions
• Confident working with senior stakeholders
• Able to translate financial data into meaningful insight
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or multi-site environments is beneficial

Benefits:

• Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
