Quality Systems Engineer

Our Client:

Our client is a well-established manufacturing business with multiple operations and a very strong focus on quality, systems and continuous improvement. They are looking to strengthen their team with the appointment of a Quality Systems Engineer.

The Role:

This will be a varied role supporting the development and improvement of business systems, processes and standards across the wider organisation. You'll work with teams across multiple sites to improve consistency, support audits, analyse performance data and help drive continuous improvement projects. 

This is a primarily remote position, offering the opportunity to work with teams across multiple locations, with occasional travel to site when required.

About You:

We're interested in hearing from people who have experience within a structured manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.  Your experience should include:

• Working within an ISO-certified or similarly regulated environment
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills
• An analytical approach with good problem-solving ability
• Exposure to auditing, compliance or management systems
• Experience working with systems including ERP and document control tools
• The confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation

This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, enjoys challenging existing processes and is motivated by driving improvements.
