Our client are looking for a Quality and Compliance Officer either on a permanent or part-time basis.

This role is hybrid and you must be able to travel into York.

About the role

Coordinate and manage the organisation's global quality management system, ensuring ongoing compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and consistent implementation of policies and procedures.
Act as the companies Data Protection Officer, serving as the primary point of contact for data protection matters and supporting compliance with applicable data protection regulations
Maintain and develop the organisation's Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring alignment with ISO/IEC 270001 standards and supporting continuous improvement.

Key Experience Required

Proven experience owning and running ISO 9001 processes end to end
Exposure to ISO 270001 (desirable)
Demonstrated experience managing audits independently
Process mindset, detail-orientated "starter-finisher" with high levels of ownership
Ability to operate autonomously while influencing across departments
Strong interpersonal skills
Personable and collaborative
