Project Manager
Our client
Join a highly successful manufacturer at an exciting stage of growth, with significant investment planned to support its future ambitions.
This is an opportunity to join a well-established, high-volume manufacturing business with a strong growth plan and continued investment planned to increase capability and support that growth.
As Project Manager, you’ll play an important role in turning those ambitions into operational reality. You’ll lead cross-functional projects spanning new launches, capital investment and process improvement, taking ownership from initial scope and business case through to successful implementation and operational handover.
The opportunity
Working across the business, you will:
- Lead complex manufacturing and engineering projects from concept through to delivery
- Manage scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risk and project performance
- Deliver capital equipment and operational improvement projects
- Coordinate engineering, quality, supply chain and production stakeholders
- Identify project risks early and drive practical mitigation plans
- Manage change control and maintain momentum against key milestones
- Ensure operational readiness and support the transition into full production
- Drive lessons learned and continuously improve project delivery
About you
You’ll bring strong hands-on project management experience gained in a high-volume manufacturing or engineering environment, with a track record of coordinating complex, cross-functional projects.
You’ll combine strong planning and commercial awareness with the ability to influence stakeholders, solve problems and keep technically demanding projects moving.
An engineering-related degree and recognised project management qualification, or equivalent experience, would be advantageous.
If you want to join a successful business where growth and investment are creating meaningful projects to deliver, this is an opportunity worth exploring.
