I'm currently supporting an organisation that is investing heavily in business and technology change and is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a major transformation programme, working alongside senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver a range of strategic initiatives, including CRM implementation, digital transformation and customer experience improvements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, objectives and business outcomes.

What you'll be doing?

• Lead projects from initiation through to implementation and embedding
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance documentation
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and resources
• Facilitate project steering groups, workshops and stakeholder meetings
• Work closely with business leaders, SMEs and technology teams to drive delivery
• Produce regular project updates and progress reports
• Support business readiness and change adoption activities
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed governance frameworks and delivery methodologies

What you need

• Previous Project Management experience delivering business and technology change
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work across both business and technical teams
• Experience dealing with ambiguity and driving clarity
• Strong organisational, planning and governance skills
• Ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
