Production Team Leader

The Role:

Reporting into Production Management, the Team Leader will be responsible for leading your team to achieve daily production targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, efficiency and people management. You'll play a key role in embedding strong operational disciplines, driving continuous improvement and helping establish world-class manufacturing standards as the business continues to grow.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:00pm
• Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

About You:

• Previous Team Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader or Supervisory experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, quality and hygiene standards.
• Experience leading and motivating production teams to achieve performance targets.
• A proactive and hands-on leadership style with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Confident communicator who can engage effectively with colleagues at all levels.
