Production Line Leader

The Role:

We are seeking experienced Production Line Leaders to join a busy manufacturing operation where you'll be responsible for leading production teams, driving standards and ensuring safe, efficient delivery across multiple production lines.

Working closely with Shift Managers, you'll support the day-to-day management of people performance, food safety, quality, compliance and operational improvements while helping to develop a positive and accountable shop-floor culture.

This is a rotating shift role covering days and nights.

About You:

You'll have experience within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment and be comfortable working within a fast-paced production setting. Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial, but we also welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate the capability and desire to step into a leadership role.

• Have a strong understanding of food safety, quality and GMP requirements
• Can build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
• Take pride in maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety and compliance
• Are organised, proactive and able to support the smooth running of production on shift
