Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to establish and embed best-practice procurement across a complex, fast-paced organisation. This is a standalone role offering significant visibility, stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence decisions across a broad range of spend categories.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will lead end-to-end procurement activity, managing competitive tender processes, negotiating commercial agreements, developing supplier relationships and driving procurement governance across the business. You'll partner with stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver value and ensure robust procurement processes are followed.

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities for the Procurement Manager will include:

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing strategy through to contract award.
• Lead tender and competitive sourcing exercises across multiple spend categories.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage contractual risk.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support procurement transformation, compliance and process enhancement activities.
• Deliver cost-saving and value-creation opportunities across the organisation.

About You

The successful Procurement Manager will have/be:

• Proven procurement experience within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong tender management and sourcing expertise.
• Broad indirect procurement category exposure.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation capability.
• Self-motivated, hands-on and comfortable operating autonomously.
