The Opportunity

Looking for a role that offers more than just administration?

We’re recruiting for an exciting Procurement Administrator position within a busy, collaborative team where you'll play a key role in keeping critical business processes moving. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working with people, solving problems and managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing supplier onboarding and maintaining supplier records
  • Processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Resolving invoice queries and investigating discrepancies
  • Maintaining important supplier documentation and compliance records
  • Supporting data analysis and reporting activities
  • Building strong relationships across the wider business
  • Identifying process improvements and helping drive best practice
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll be trusted to manage your own workload, communicate confidently with others and contribute to the efficiency of a fast-paced team.

About you

You'll ideally have:

  • At least 12 months' administration experience
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confidence working with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Experience within procurement, purchasing or supply chain administration would be beneficial, but is not essential
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who enjoys working at pace, isn't afraid to ask questions and is keen to develop their career within a specialist business function.
