People and Operations Coordinator

We're supporting a successful and growing business in the search for a People & Operations Coordinator to take ownership of a varied role spanning HR administration, office management, employee engagement, compliance, and business operations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team where no two days are the same and where you'll play a central role in supporting both employees and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting into senior leadership, you'll be the go-to person for a wide range of people and operational activities, helping to ensure the smooth running of the business while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment administration, onboarding, inductions, employee records, and leaver processes.
- Acting as a first point of contact for HR-related queries and administration.
- Coordinating payroll information, including starters, leavers, absence, holiday, pension, and overtime data.
- Managing training records, apprenticeships, employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, and company events.
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations and facilities management, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment.
- Supporting document control, compliance activities, audits, and quality management processes.
- Providing administrative support for meetings, action tracking, and business improvement initiatives.
- Liaising with external service providers including HR, payroll, facilities, and IT partners.

You'll likely bring:
- Previous HR administration or people support experience.
- Experience within office management, facilities coordination, business support, or operations administration.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, adaptable, and hands-on approach.
