Partnership Executive

The Opportunity:

We are supporting a successful membership-based organisation as it continues to invest in the development of its commercial partnerships function.
As part of a wider commercial transformation programme, the business is creating a dedicated Partnership Executive role to help strengthen engagement across an established portfolio of partner organisations. This position offers the opportunity to work with a range of existing commercial relationships, helping to increase engagement, identify growth opportunities and deliver long-term value for both parties. You'll join a collaborative team environment where relationship building, innovation and continuous improvement are actively encouraged.
 

Role Profile:

This role is focused on developing and growing existing partner relationships. You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, conducting structured review meetings, identifying opportunities for wider engagement and supporting commercial growth across the partner network.
The position offers an excellent opportunity to build account management, stakeholder engagement and commercial relationship management experience whilst developing towards more senior commercial responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing partner relationships
  • Building relationships with multiple stakeholders across partner organisations
  • Conducting regular review, planning and discovery meetings
  • Identifying opportunities to increase engagement and account value
  • Supporting sponsorship, event, content and partnership initiatives
  • Developing account plans and growth strategies
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver partner commitments
  • Monitoring account performance and identifying retention or growth opportunities
  • Contributing ideas that enhance the overall partner experience

Person Specification:

  • Experience within account support, customer success, account management, membership services or relationship management
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments
  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable conducting discovery-led conversations
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work across different teams
