Sitting at the heart of the marketing operation, you'll help ensure the right projects are being delivered at the right time, bringing structure, coordination and commercial focus to an ambitious marketing agenda.
The role
As Marketing Planner, you'll act as the bridge between the wider business and marketing specialists, translating commercial priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across a variety of functions to coordinate activity, manage priorities and ensure campaigns are delivered effectively. This is a highly visible role that combines planning, project management, stakeholder engagement and performance tracking.
Key areas of focus
- Develop and maintain integrated marketing plans that support business objectives.
- Translate commercial priorities into clear marketing briefs and delivery plans.
- Coordinate activity across multiple marketing disciplines and specialist teams.
- Manage planning schedules, workflows and key project milestones.
- Support campaign planning, prioritisation and resource allocation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Monitor delivery against plans and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Support performance reporting and campaign review processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of planning frameworks and ways of working.
About you
You'll be a highly organised marketing professional who thrives on bringing people, projects and priorities together. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll have excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving forward simultaneously.
We're looking for someone who combines commercial awareness with strong planning discipline, enjoys working collaboratively and can confidently influence across different teams and levels of the business.
You may have experience in marketing planning, campaign management, marketing operations, project management or a similar coordination-focused role where you've been responsible for driving activity from concept through to delivery.
