Management Accountant

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Management Accountant to join a growing, private equity-backed business with ambitious growth plans.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality group reporting, supporting finance transformation initiatives, and providing financial insight to senior stakeholders. This is a varied, hands-on role that offers significant exposure across a multi-entity group and the opportunity to help shape the future of the finance function

The Role

• Prepare monthly consolidated management accounts across multiple entities.
• Complete intercompany reconciliations and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support statutory reporting and compliance activities.
• Manage cashflow forecasting and liquidity reporting.
• Lead VAT reporting and support wider tax compliance requirements.
• Provide technical accounting support and guidance on complex transactions.
• Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.

The Person

• ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Strong accounting and reporting background, ideally within a multi-entity environment.
• Experience producing management accounts and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Experience improving processes and working with finance systems.
• Confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders across the business.
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating within a fast-paced environment.
