Junior IT Infrastructure Engineer

 Newcastle upon Tyne  Contract  Up to £35K depending on experience Ref: 419026

The Role

My client is looking  to appoint an IT Support professional on a 12-month fixed-term contract initially.  The successful candidate will join the centralised IT Infrastructure team, supporting approximately 1,000 user.  This role will involve being onsite 5 days a week with an early finish on a Friday.  Looking for an immediate start ideally.

Essential for the role

  • 2-3+ years' experience within 1st/2nd Line Support
  • Active Directory administration
  • Windows 10 / Windows 11 support
  • General desktop, hardware and user support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
