Interim Senior FP&A Manager

A global organisation is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to join its Group Finance team. Reporting into the Head of FP&A, this is a highly visible role with regular exposure to executive leadership and responsibility for delivering key financial insights, reporting and planning activities across a complex international business
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation and reporting of monthly financial performance.
- Own and deliver executive level reporting packs, ensuring clear insight into performance, trends and key business drivers.
- Provide robust financial analysis, challenging assumptions and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long term planning cycles across the organisation.
- Consolidate and analyse financial submissions from multiple stakeholders.
- Develop and enhance financial models to improve visibility of business performance.
- Produce scenario analysis, trend reporting and forecasting tools to support decision making.
- Prepare high quality materials for senior leadership discussions.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning and financial processes.
- Ensure strong governance, controls and accuracy across financial reporting activities
Key Skills preferred
- Qualified finance professional with significant FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience.
- Strong financial planning, forecasting and reporting expertise.
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel capabilities.
- Experience working with enterprise finance and reporting systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience presenting financial information to senior leadership teams.
- Highly organised, accountable and able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge and collaborate effectively
