Interim Finance Manager

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing organisation on a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this role will play a key part in supporting a finance transformation and process improvement programme.
The successful candidate will take ownership of a range of finance projects, helping to strengthen financial controls, improve reporting processes, and support operational decision-making.

The Role

Areas of responsibility will cover:

• Review and enhance finance processes and controls
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Manage cashflow reporting and analysis
• Contribute to product costing reviews and process implementation
• Deliver ad hoc finance projects as part of a wider improvement programme
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to drive efficiencies and best practice

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or qualified by experience
• Previous Finance Manager experience
• Strong process improvement and project-based finance experience
• Product costing experience would be highly advantageous
• Commercially minded with strong analytical skills
• Able to start at short notice or immediately
