The company has built an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and expertise, and due to continued investment and growth they are now looking to appoint an experienced Health, Safety & Environmental Manager to support the next phase of their development.

The Role:

The HSE Manager position holds responsibility for leading health, safety and environmental activities across a busy manufacturing operation.

Key areas of focus will include:

Driving a positive health and safety culture across the site
Ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant legislation and best practice
Supporting operational teams with risk management and continuous improvement initiatives
Leading audits, investigations and improvement projects
Acting as the key point of contact for all HSE-related matters

About You:

The right candidate will bring a strong demonstration of:

Previous experience in a Health, Safety & Environmental leadership role
Experience working within a heavy manufacturing or high-risk process environment
A practical, hands-on approach with the confidence to influence at all levels
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and risk management principles
The ability to work independently whilst building strong relationships across the business
